These classes are open to all levels of art experience! Exercises will be guided - no need to fear if you are new to sketching and painting.
The sequence of classes is designed to help you build on skills from week to week to grow your painting practice and skills.
You may select to take all 4 classes, or just the 3 Sunday classes - what ever works best for your schedule! Class demos will be recorded for you to watch digitally if you are unable to attend live.

Sunday April 6th 11am - 1pm

April 13th Landscapes in Watercolor

Watch colors bloom across the page while painting miniature landscape studies in watercolor! Follow along with the instructor in this class to capture color, light, and beautiful scenes. Learn foundational watercolor skills and walk away with several watercolor landscape paintings.
April 22nd (Tuesday 7-9) Expressive Still Life in Gouache
Tuesday April 22nd 7pm - 9pm
Take time to appreciate the beauty of everyday objects, and document them as works of art. Follow along with the instructor demo step by step to capture depth, form, and rich color in a painterly still life study. Learn the qualities of gouache and its exciting ability to flow like water, but blend like oils. This class is suitable for all levels.
April 27th Plants in Gouache

Capture the beauty of houseplants in this gouache painting class. Follow step-by-step demonstrations to explore layering techniques, blending, and brushwork that bring lush greenery to life. Learn how to balance the opacity and transparency of gouache to achieve depth and vibrancy in your botanical studies.
